Conference Registration

Online registration

Online registration for authors and participants is now available. Please connect to the Online Registration System of the conference to complete your registration form and select your options (It will open in a new window). Please before entering the system read the following tables and notes to make the appropriate choices whenever is needed.

Registration fees

  IEEE Member Non-Members
Full conference including dinner 450 € 500 €
Full conference without dinner 400 € 450 €
Extra Gala Dinner ticket 50 €

The registration fee includes:

  • One lunch and two coffee breaks per conference day
  • One ticket for the Conference Reception held on Monday 11th September, 2017 at 20:00.
  • One ticket for the Gala Dinner held on Tuesday 12th of September, 2017 at the Hellenic Armed Forces Officers Club.
  • Conference bag with the conference program, proceedings, conference gifts, etc.
  • Free access to transfer service from hotels to the conference venue and back.

Before the payment of the registration fee, the participants should register through the online registration system since the registration number is required for the payment.

Registartion and Payment instructions

In order to complete and pay for your registration the following steps need to be taken:

  1. Please connect to the Online Registration System of the conference and complete the registration form
  2. Upon completing your registration please record your Registration Number as it will be needed in the payment process.
  3. Visit your e-banking website and transfer the amount calculated during your registration in euros to the below-mentioned conference account:

  4. Please include in the transfer message/description the code EISIC2017 and your Registration Number included in this email otherwise it will not be possible for us to match your payment with your registration.
    • If you pay for more than one participants, please enter the Registration Number for each participant after the EISIC2017 code and transfer the total amount in Euros.
    • Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor (you).
    • Participants registering outside the European Union will have to pay an additional transaction fee which is collected by both banks participating in the transaction. Please in the transaction form select OUR so that the expenses of the transaction will be paid by you.
    • Participants paying from inside the European Union may use payments for Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).
  5. When we receive the payment we will acknowledge it by sending you a confirmation email. Please note that this may take more than a week depending on the time it takes for the transaction to be processed by the banks and the work load of the Financial Services of the conference.

Visa Assistance Letters

In case you need Visa Letter please read carefully the information provided in the registration confirmation email. Information regarding countries that their citizens need a Visa to enter Greece can be found at the Hellenic Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the EISIC 2017 General Chair. One hundred percent (100%) refund of the amount received minus the bank transfer expenses will be given to cancellations received before July 31, 2017. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received minus the bank transfer expenses will be given to cancellations received before September 1, 2017. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after September 1, 2017. The refunds will be processed only after the end of the conference.
