General travel information

By public transport

The Hague can be easily reached by public transport. The Hague shares an airport with Rotterdam. Rotterdam The Hague Airport can be reached from The Hague Central Station by RandstadRail Line E, with an Airport Shuttle to and from Meijersplein Station. However, with several direct trains per hour from the railway stations Hollands Spoor and Centraal, and also with an hourly night train from station Hollands Spoor, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is more frequently used by people travelling to and from The Hague by air. The Hague has two main train stations, Den Haag Centraal and Den Haag Hollands Spoor, serving domestic and international routes, with a variety of destinations such as Antwerp, Brussels, Cologne, Berlin, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Prague, Basel, and Moscow.

The website OV9292 contains all schedules of all forms of public transportation in the Netherlands. There are ticket windows in the main hall of the railway stations. Alternatively, you can use the yellow ticket machines, which take debit card (Maestro), coins, and (only at Schiphol Airport) credit cards (Visa/MasterCard). For the train time table, either use website OV9292, or you can check Dutch Railway Journey Planner. Payment for buses and trams is usually done now through a so-called "OV-chip card", but buying tickets by cash on the bus and tram is also still possible, although more expensive. The travel information from airport and train stations abroad to the Netherlands can be found on Hispeed, Thalys or Bahn.

New Babylon Meeting Center is within 5 minute-walking distance from Den Haag Centraal station. You leave Den Haag Centraal station on the right side (Koningin Julianaplein) and enter the automatic sliding doors to the New Babylon Shopping Center. You take the escalators to the second floor where you’ll find the meeting center.

By car

New Babylon Meeting Center is located nearby the A4 and A12 highway. The Q-park – New Babylon parking garage is easily accessible. When using a satnav-system, enter ‘Anna van Buerenplein 48, 2595 DA The Hague’ as final destination.

Facilities

All conference meeting rooms are equipped with a beamer and a windows laptop. WiFi is freely available.
