The conference will be hosted in the spectacular new Business School, which offers excellent conference and events facilities right in the centre of Manchester. Situated at the heart of the All Saints Campus it is a perfect new venue for large conferences and events requiring multiple facilities.

General travel information

The Business School is part of the All Saints Campus on Oxford Road.

By Air

Manchester Airport is the only global gateway to Northern England. By Bus

The All Saints Campus is well served by numerous bus services to/from the centre of Manchester. A direct bus also runs from outside Piccadilly Rail Station. The following bus services operate to and from Manchester Airport:

  1. 43 To Manchester via Wythenshawe, Fallowfield and Rusholme (24 hours a day)
  2. 105 To Manchester city centre via Wythenshawe, Benchill, Sharston, Northenden and Moss Side.

By Train

First TransPennine Express operates direct services into Manchester city centre from Manchester Airport. From the airport, trains to the city centre run every 10 minutes into Piccadilly train station; the average journey time is 20 minutes. Alternatively you can jump into a taxi to the city centre (cost around 20£). The nearest train station is Manchester Oxford Road (5 minute walk).

By Metrolink (Tram)

The nearest Metrolink is St Peters Square (10 minute walk).

By Bike

Cyclists will be able to use the on-site cycle racks to store their bikes and there will be showers in our rest room facilities.

On Foot

The All Saints Campus is within walking distance of Manchester City Centre (15 – 20 minutes) and other surrounding locations. Showers are available. (See ‘by bike’.)

By Car

Facilities

As a hub of activity for learning and research, MMU Business School is well placed to offer state of the art audio visual and information systems for the event supported by technical expertise. The large seminar rooms have projection facilities and advanced technical systems with built in Windows and Linux PCs. Smaller meeting rooms have projection facilities which facilitate the use of laptops. We can provide a laptop for or you may prefer to bring your own. Wireless Internet access is available in the venue and our IT suites have high-speed Internet connections.
